  • Service providers: We use third-party services (hosting, database) that process data on our behalf to operate the service.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Data Retention

We retain information as follows:

  • Account data: Retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward.
  • Graduate data: Schools control their graduate data and can delete it at any time. We recommend schools delete ceremony data after their event concludes.
  • Usage logs: Retained for up to 12 months for security and analytics purposes.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

  • Access controls limiting who can view graduate data
