Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Data Retention

We retain information as follows:

Account data: Retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward.
Graduate data: Schools control their graduate data and can delete it at any time. We recommend schools delete ceremony data after their event concludes.
Usage logs: Retained for up to 12 months for security and analytics purposes.
